Jessie Seigfried Peak,64,of Belel Vernon R.D.1,died at his late home Wednesday, Jan. 23,1963 at 8:50 p.m. He had been ill for a short time. Born in Zion Hill, S.C.,Aug. 19,1898,Mr. Peak had made his home in Belle Vernon since 1956. He was a veteran of World War II. Surviving are one brother,Fred Peak of Cleveland,Ohio;five sisters, Mrs. Isabella Brown of Spartansburg,S.C.,Mrs. Callie Julye of Belle Vernon,with whom he made his home,Mrs. Bernice Robinson and Mrs. Hattie Payne,both of Chautauqua,N.Y. and Mrs. Esther Brown of Washington,D.C. Friends will be received at the Beverly C. Draper Funeral Home,Monessen,after 1 p.m. Jan. 25. Services at the funeral home chapel Saturday,Jan. 26,at 1 p.m. in charge of Rev. E. Archie,pastor of the Mt.Calvary Baptist Church of Monessen. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. Bevery C.Draper,funeral director.
