She was born April 8; 1923; in Fayette City; daughter of the late Daniel Gardner and Janet McLean Gardner and was a member of Fayette City United Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her son; Daniel Blair and wife; Tess; daughter; Debby Dubinsky and husband; Richard; all of Belle Vernon; four grandchildren; Todd Blair and wife; Kristin; Ryan Blair and Alexandra Rapoport; Rayann Menges and husband; Frank; and Allyson Lee and husband; Jeff; six great-grandchildren; Alyssa and Alivia Blair; Cody and Casey Menges; Colton and Saylor Lee. She was preceded in death by her husband; Dallas R. Blair; and sisters; Jean Dzyak; Gladys Kovatch.
