Miss Young was born Jan.16;1899;in McDonald;Pa.;a daughter of the late Andrew and Janet Stevenson Young. She retired in 1964 from the payroll department of the Gleason Company of Rochester;N.Y. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by a sister;Martha E.Young;on Oct.26;1981. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church;Belle Vernon;and had been a Belle Vernon resident the past 65 years. Surviving is a sister;Ann Young;at home. Friends will be received at the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and until 1 p.m. Saturday;the time of service in the funeral home;with the Rev.Charles LaPlaca;pastor;First Presbyterian Church;Belle Vernon;officiating.
