Obituary

Mrs. Jessie E. Hanly, 77, of 132 Lynnwood Ave.. Belle Vernon, died in the West Penn Hospital, Pittsburgh,Tuesday morning,June 20,1961, at 4:45 o'clock. Mrs. Hanly was born in Uniontown, Oct. 13, 1883. She moved to Belle Vernon three years ago from Monessen, where she had lived 40 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church ot Monessen. Preceded in death by her husband, Edward L. Hanly in 1953, she is survived by one son, James E. Hanly, Mt. Lebanon, one daughter, Mrs. William J, Perotti, with whom she made her home, a brother, Harry Tuttle,of Charleroi, a sister, Mrs. William C. Yohe, Monongahela, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Shelby D. Ferguson Funeral Home,Belle Vernon,during hours of 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Services will be held there Friday,June 23,1961,at 2 p.m.,in charge of the Rev.Allen Herman,pastor of the First Baptist Church,Monessen. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D.Ferguson is the funeral director.
