Obituary
Jesse Stagi,55, of Fairhope,died at 5:50 p.m. Sunday, April 22,1945 in Charleroi-Monessen hosptial after an eight day illness. A veteran of World War I,he was a member of the American Legion. He was also a member of the Belle Vernon Musical Society. Surviving are his wife, Sabatina, a son, Aldo and a daughter,Norma, both at home. A brother, Joseph Stagi, of Monessen, also survives.Friends are being received at the Melenyzer Funeral Home,Belle Vernon,where the body will lie in state until Wednesday at 2 p.m. when services will be held in the funeral home. Interment at Belle Vernon Cemetery.
