Jess Anderson,52,of 111 Krolik Ave., Arnold City,Belle Vernon,died suddenly at his home Wednesday, April 14,1982,at 1 a.m. He was born in Washington Twp.,Fayette City, May 31,1929,a son of the late Howard and Edith V. Biles Anderson. He was a Protestant by faith and was a veteran of the U.S. Army,having served in the Korean Conflict. He was employed by Washington Twp.in the street department. Survivors include two sons, Jack of Belle Vernon and William of Charleroi;a daughter,Katherine of Monessen;three brothers,Howard Anderson of Streetsboro,Ohio,Charles Anderson of Belle Vernon and Robert Duvuvei of Belle Vernon;one sister, Mrs. John (Elsie) Adamec of Belle Vernon and six grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home,Fayette City,Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday until 11 a.m.,when a service will be held at the funeral home with the Rev. Fred G. Gnatuk of the Fayette City United Presbyterian Church officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
