Jeffrey D. Scaglione, 34, of East Palestine Ohio, formerly of Washington township (Belle Vernon), died Monday, Jan. 10, 1994 in Presbyterian University Hospital, Pittsburgh, as the result of an automobile accident. He was born Aug. 4, 1959, the son of Frank Scaglione of Belle Vernon, RD 2 and Sandra Turick McCullogh of the state of Texas. Protestant by faith, he was a member of the Upper Room Fellowship Church of Columbiana, Ohio
A 1978 gradate of Belle Vernon Area High school, Mr. Scaglione was employed as a mechanic for the Britain Motor Company of East Palestine, Ohio.
