Jean D.Baker;77;of Monessen;passed away Friday;June 2;2000;in Mon Valley Hospital;Carroll Township. She was born May 31;1923;in Monessen;a daughter of the late James P.and Caroline Eisley Boord. Lutheran by faith;Mrs.Baker was a member of Christ Lutheran Church of Charleroi. She was preceed in death by a sister;Betty DeAngelis. She is survived by her husband;Cornelius Baker of Monessen;a son;Benjamin H.Crawford of Monessen;three grandchildren;Ben and his wife;Debbie Crawford of Charleroi;Wayne and his wife Carleen Crawford of Dawson and Kim and husband Mark Brundage of Ruffsdale;five great-grandchildren;a brother;James Boord of Annapolis;Md.;a sister;Lois Binley of Dallas;Texas;and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received in the RHOME FUNERAL HOME INC.;1209 Grand Blvd.;Monessen;Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m.in Christ Lutheran Church of Charleroi with Rev.James Robbins officiating.
