Janet L. Rainey; 65; of Framingham; Mass.; died Tuesday; Aug. 17; 2004 in Garrett County Memorial Hospital; Oakland; Md. A daughter of the late James and Gertrude Wood Kezer; she was born in Waltham; Mass.; on Jan. 23; 1939. She was a member of Mary Immaculate of the Lords Catholic Church in Newton; Mass. Mrs. Rainey had resided in Framingham for the past five years and was formerly of Newton. A beloved wife; mother and grandmother; she is survived by her husband of 48 years; James H. Rainey; who was born in Rostraver Township and raised in Fayette City; five sons and two daughters-in-law; James and Joan Rainey of Waltham; Mass.; Joseph W. and Sandra Rainey of Live Oaks; Fla.; Richard Rainey and twins David and Donald Rainey; all of Framingham; seven grandchildren; Stewart; Martial; Harley; Joseph; Brian; Patrick and Kathleen Rainey. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME INC. and CREMATION SERVICE; a Golden Rule Member Firm; (724-929-5300); 700 Broad Ave.; Belle Vernon. A blessing service will be in the funeral home on Friday; Aug. 20; at noon followed by a Funeral Mass at 12:30 p.m. in St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church; Belle Vernon. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
