James Robert Palfrey; 53; of Spokane Valley; Wash.; formerly of Elco; died March 30; 2011; following an extended illness. He was born Dec. 15; 1957; the son of Catherine Sue Palfrey and the late Frank Stark Palfrey. James is also survived by his son; Levi George Palfrey; of Elco; four brothers; Frank (Connie); of Coal Center; John (Debbie) of Elkton; Md.; David (Kim) of Manassas; Va.; and Glen (Tammy) of Priest Lake; Idaho; five nieces and six nephews.
