James Kubalinski; 76; of Sweeney Plan; Rostraver Township; went to be with the Lord on Tuesday; Dec. 26; 2006; following an extended illness. A son of the late Marcel and Marie Kubalinski; he was born July 31; 1930; in Monessen. He was an avid golfer and card player and loved to read. Jim was a former employee of the Page Division of the American Chain and Cable Company and later sold real estate. Survivors include his wife of 27 years; Carol Kitto Kubalinski; one sister; Marie Susenna; of Fairfax Station; Va.; one nephew; Joseph Campus III; and six nieces; Mary Jo Campisi; Cecelia Hale; Frances Campus; Michele Shalonis; Carol Esch and Karen Susenna. Mr. Kubalinski also leaves behind many good friends and two very special cats that he called ‘his girls’; Mowzel and Rosie. In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by a sister; Anne Irene Campus.
