James Wilson of 105 Connellsville street, Fayette City,died suddenly at his home, Friday, February 11,1949,at 8:30 p.m. of a heart attack. He was born in Lonaconing, Maryland,March 13,1888. He was a member of the Fayette City Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Mary (Queen) Wilson;two daughters, Mrs. Florence Duvall of Martins Ferry,Ohio and Mrs. Catherine Smith of Fayette City;one brother,Albert of Fayette City;two sisters, Mrs. J.W. Hawker of Fayette City and Mrs. T. H. Findlay of Miami,Florida,and one granddaughter. Friends will be received at the late home. Services will be held there Monday, February 14,1949,at 2 p.m.,in charge of Rev. E.A. Stephenson. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. John L. Bake is the funeral director.
