James E.Breakwell;70;of Smock died Wednesday;March 4;1987 in West Penn Hospital. He was the son of the late George W.and Etna Pearl Parkins Breakwell. He was preceded in death by his wife;Martha Martin Breakwell. He was a member of the Walnut Hill United Methodist Church;Valley Lodge 459 F&AM;Lodge of Perfection;Uniontown;Consistory 32nd Degree;Pittsburgh. He was a member;past president and secretary of the Smithfield Rotary and recipient of the Paul Paris Fellow award. Survivors include three children;Robert E.of Belle vernon;Mrs.Mary Margaret Pletcher of Virginia Beach;Va.;J.Veach of Uniontown;six grandchildren;one great-grandchild;and three brothers;Charles E.;Robert L.and George W.Jr. Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.;in the Goldsboro Funeral Home;Fairchance;and Saturday from 10:30 to 11 a.m. in the Walnut Hill United Methodist Church;where funeral services will be held with the Rev.Melroy Wirick officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Goldsboro Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
