James A.Davis;64;of 910 Lynn Ave.;Belle Vernon;died Sunday;Sept.13;1992;at 10:05 a.m. in Mon Valley Hospital. He was born Dec.15;1927;in Fairhope;a son of the late Bernard and Margaret Mulvaney Davis. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by one brother;William (Barney) Davis;and one sister;Bernadine Sylvester. He was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon. He was a lifelong resident of the Belle Vernon area. Survivors include his wife;Eleanor DiPiazza Davis;two daughters;;Mrs.Kenneth (Eileen) Lindey of Belle Vernon and Mrs.David (Susan) Stanley of Lynnwood;four grandchildren;Valerie and Shannon Lindey;and David and Lauren Stanley;two sisters;Virginia Calderone of Belle Vernon;and Carol Dominico of Harrisburg. Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon. A prayer service will be held Wednesday at 9:30 a.m.in the funeral home;followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.in St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
