Obituary

Jacqueline June Clawson, 86, of Belle Vernon, went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 19, 2017 in Mon Valley Care Center. A daughter of the late George and Evelyn Federer Guseman, she was born in Grindstone on February 27, 1931. A member of the First Presbyterian Church of Belle Vernon and the Order of the Eastern Star, Monessen Chapter 205, Jackie had been employed as a licensed practical nurse and spent many years working at the Zora Home. She loved cooking and baking, bowling, and listening to music. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law; James O. and Rachel Clawson, of Hewitt, NJ, and Jeffrey J. and Christy Clawson, of Loveland, OH, a daughter and son-in-law, Sheree and William Auell, of Saegertown, PA, three brothers and two sisters-in-law; Robert Guseman of Andover, Alden and Betty Guseman, of Belle Vernon, and George and Karen Guseman, of Monongahela, three sisters and one brother-in-law; Faye and Jon Cox, Rosalie Adams, and Donna Senko, all of Belle Vernon, and eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James O. (J.O.) Clawson, Jr., a brother, Glenn Guseman, and two sisters, Georgia Longwill and Joan Miller. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Sunday in the Ferguson Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 700 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon. www.FergusonFuneralHomeAndCrematory.com Funeral services will be at 10 A.M. in the funeral home Monday with Rev. Suzanne Currie officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The officers and members of the First Presbyterian Church will meet in the funeral home to hold services at 7 P.M. Sunday.
