Mr. Steinmiller retired in October; 1966; from the fabric department of the Monessen plant
of Pittsburgh Steel Co.
A life-long resident of Belle
Vernon; he was a member of
the Russian Club; the Hungarian Club; both of Pricedale; and
the American Legion Post 659;
Belle Vernon.
Born in Belle Vernon on
March 8; 1910; he was a son of
Bertha White Steinmiller and
the late Jacob G. Steinmiller.
Surviving besides his mother;
who lives in Belle Vernon; are
his widow; Irene Sabo Steinmiller; a son; Jacob R. Jr. of Baltimore; Md;; one daughter;
Mrs. Joseph (Alice) Sedell; and
a brother; Herman F.; both of
Belle Vernon; two sisters; Mrs.
Kenneth (Alice) Clifford of
Pittsburgh and Mrs. John (Alberta) Brandon of Belle Vernon; four grandchildren.
Friends will be received after 7 p.m. Feb.27; at the Shelby D. Ferguson Funeral Home;Belle Vernon. Services there Wednesday March 1;at 1:30 p.m.with the Rev.Charles Colas;pastor of the First Baptist Church in Belle Vernon;officiating. Interment;Belle Vernon Cemetery.
