Jack Belczyk; 91; of Belle Vernon (Fairhope); died Friday; Dec. 21; 2007; in Mon Valley Hospital Inc.; Carroll Township. He was born July 17; 1916; in Washington Township (Arnold City); a son of the late Frank Belczyk and the late Maryann Kudlatta Belczyk. He was a member of St. Joseph Polish National Church in Fairhope and a retired coal miner. Surviving are two daughters; Priscilla Worhatch and husband; Peter; of Donora; and Cynthia Belczyk Rotolo; of Belle Vernon; six sons; John Belczyk and wife; Yoko Odom; of Chicopee; Mass.; Stanley Belczyk and wife; Mona Myers-Poland; of Belle Vernon; Eugene Belczyk and wife; Carlyn Falbo; of Monessen; Donald Belczyk and Beverly Calaway; of Belle Vernon; Barry Belczyk; of Elizabeth; and Vincent Belczyk and wife; Pamela Podvia; of Belle Vernon; 17 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren; and one brother; Andrew Belczyk; of Belle Vernon. Friends will be received in the ELEY-McCRORY FUNERAL HOME INC.; 334 Main St.; Fayette City; on Sunday from noon to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.; and Monday; Dec. 24; until 10 a.m.; when a Blessing Services will take place with the Rev. Fr. Felix Pyzowski officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
