Ingebor Eleanor Nelson Granlund; 84 of Fayette City; died Friday; Aug. 16; 2002; in Mon Valley Hospital. She was born July 7; 1918; in Monessen; daughter of late William and Jenny Nelson. She was a member of the Fayette City United Presbyterian Church; where she served as a deacon. She was preceded in death by her husband; John Henry Granlund; four brothers Morris; Oscar; John and Beaner Nelson; and two sisters Ellen and Hildegarde M. Nelson. Survivors include her children; Jeanne Podlesnik and husband Gary of Latrobe; and Linda Nix and husband Leonard of Belle Vernon. Also survived by four grandchildren Erik Podlesnik of Greensburg; Christopher Podlesnik of Latrobe; Heather and husband Lance Host of Morgantown; W.V. and Ryan Nix and fiance Dena of Monessen; three great grandchildren Ethan Host; Will Host and Jacob Britt. Friends will be received in the ELEY-MCCRORY FUNERAL HOME; INC.; 334 Main Street; Fayette City; on Sunday noon to 9 p.m. and Monday until 12:30 p.m.; the hour of services in the funeral home with Rev. Michael Shepard officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
