Ilvino J. Petitto; 84; of Rostraver Township died at home Sunday; May 5; 2013. Born in North Belle Vernon July 25; 1928; he was the son of the late Giuseppie and Eunice (Spina) Petitto. Ilvino was retired as the owner/operator of Petitto’s Restaurant in North Belle Vernon. He was a member of the Church of St. Anne in Rostraver and was a former member of St. Sebastian’s Catholic Church; where he served as an usher for 25 years. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He is survived by his wife; Norma (Meczenski) Petitto; two sons; Joseph A. (Janet) Petitto of Woodbridge; Virginia and Ronald D. (Colleen) Petitto of Charleroi; daughter; Lorraine (Dave) Young of Lewisburg; Pa.; two grandsons; Jared E. Petitto and David L. Young; and three sisters; Mary Shaffer of California; Jilda DeBerardinis of Delaware and Emma Jean Carpini of Arizona. Friends will be received 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the JAMES C.
