Mrs. Ida Manown, 72, of 133 Homewood Ave., Lynnwood, Belle Vernon, died Thursday morning,May 7,1964 at 1:30 o'clock in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. Born March 13, 1892, Mrs. Manown was a member of Lynnwood Lutheran Church and of Ladies Auxiliary to Belle Vernon American Legion Post 659. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Adolph (Rebecca) Jannotta and Mrs. James (Adele) Cramer, both of Belle Vernon; Naomi Manown, Erie and Mrs. Michael (Louise) Bender, Monessen; seven sons, George, Erie; Martin, Fayette City; William, Clinton Jr., Jack, Frank and Kirby, all of Belle Vernon; a brother, John Lerminiaux, Erie; 25 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Harold R. Toner Funeral Home, Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, beginning at 7 p.m.on May 7. Funeral home visiting hours are from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Funeral services will be held from the funeral home Saturday,May 9,at 2 p.m. with the Rev. John C. Myers of New Castle officiating,assisted by the Rev. Ronald N. Johnson,pastor of Lynnwood Lutheran Church. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner,funeral director.
