Honor Sarah Sotta, 94,of 1305 Lincoln Ave.,Belle Vernon,died Wednesday,March 26,1997,in LaFayette Manor, Uniontown. Born Dec. 29,1902,in Arnold City,she was the daughter of the late Elijah and Prudence Gauden. She was a lifelong resident of Washington Township. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cyril Sotta, on April 14,1995;one son, William McCullough;and was the last survivor of 12 children. Surviving are one son, Ronald Sotta, at home,one daughter Nancy Stimmel of Belle Vernon;one grandson,Jerry Frankie of Monessen;two great-children,Tina and Jerome Frankie;and one great-great-grandaugher, Monique Frankie. Friends will be received Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,where a Blessing service will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. E. George Saletrik, parochial vicar at St. Sebastian Church,Belle Vernon,officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by the Feguson Funeral Home Inc.
