Born Oct.2;1980 in Pittsburgh;she was the daughter of Ronald D.and Diana Smaracheck. Her parents are members of the First Presbyterian Church of Belle Vernon. In addition to her parents;survivors include a brother;George R.;at home;paternal grandparents;Adam and Rose Smaracheck of Belle Vernon;and maternal grandparents;Michael and Edna Praskavich of Monessen. Friends will be received in the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m.from the funeral home with the Rev.Charles LaPlaca;pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Belle Vernon;officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The family suggests;if friends wish;memorial contributions can be made to Children’s Hospital;in lieu of flowers;through the funeral home.
