He is survived by his wife;Mary Solomon;one son;William;three daughters;Lauralee;Maryann and Carol Sue;all at home;his parents;Mr.and Mrs.William Baxley;four sisters;Evelyn Peitro of Philadelphia;Pauline Burke;Speers;Dorothy Fox of Speers and Dorothy Craven of Lyndon;Kansas. Friends will be received at the Toner Funeral Home;during hours of 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m.;until time for services on Thursday;July 7;1955;at 2 p.m.;with Rev.R.L.Tharpe of the Belle Vernon Community Church;in charge. Military rites will be in charge of Belle Vernon American Legion Post 659. Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner is the funeral director.
