Henry Doyle,age 51 years,formerly of 406 Fallowfield avenue,Charleroi,recently of Detroit,Michigan,died in the Receiving hospital in Detroit,Monday,July 31,1944,after a lingering illness. He is survived by his wife,Mrs. Elizabeth Doyle,now of Detroit,two daughters,Miss Delestine Doyle of Belle Vernon,and Mrs. Catherine Wright of Detroit; two sons,Pvt.Henry E. Doyle of Camp Polk,La.,and Corporal William McNeil of Fort Totten, New York; one sister,Mrs. Stephen Burge of Belle Vernon,and one grandson. Friends will be received at the Toner Funeral Home in Belle Vernon. Services will be held there Thursday,August 3,1944,at 2 p.m.,in charge of Rev. Byron R. Mahan,pastor of the Charleroi Christian Church. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner is the funeral director.
