Obituary
Henry Thomas Payne, 72, of Charleroi, peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2014, at his home. Born Sept. 12, 1941, he was the son of the late Otto Lenzi Payne Sr. and Edith Stoner-Payne. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Judith Payne; one sister, Rosette Pierce; and two brothers, Otto Lenzi Payne Jr. and Oliver Payne; three nephews, Adam Payne, Jason Towler and Attilless Payne Sr. Henry served his country and was a Veteran of the Marine Corp with a good conduct medal and rifle marksman badge. He was a very loving husband and a man with a big heart. He leaves to cherish his memory, five nieces, Donna Littlejohn, Dorinda Stepoli, Terri Payne, all of Monessen, Denise (Michael) Brahain of Houston, Texas, Joan "JJ" (Bernard) Wilkerson of Carroll Township; and one nephew, Ashanti Payne of Phoenix, Ariz.; and a host of great-nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He will be dearly missed. Honoring the request of the late Henry Payne, final services were private. Arrangements were entrusted to the BEVERLY C.
