Henry E.Larguier,91,of 726 Speer St.,Belle Vernon,died suddenly on Thursday,April 23,1992,at 5:45 p.m.in Mon Valley Hospital Inc.,Carroll Township. Born Dec.28,1900,in New England,Allegheny County,he was the son of the late Louis and Melinia Tuesche Larguier. Mr.Larguier was a member of First Presbyterian Church,Belle Vernon,and was a former deacon of the church. He was a member and former post commander of Belle Vernon American Legion Post 659;and a member of the 40/8 Voiture #46 of Latrobe,the Belle Vernon Golden Agers,National Rifle Association and AARP. A retired auto mechanic,Mr.Larguier had worked at Roley's,Vizza'a and Cornell's garages and formerly owned and operated a Nash agency in Charleroi. He was a World War II veteran,serving in the South Pacific from 1942-45,and was a chief petty officer in the U.S.Navy at the time of his retirement. In addition to his parents,he was preceded in death by his wife,Pauline Lupori Larguier,on July 12,1982;a sister,Mary,and two brothers,Charles and John. Surviving are two sisters,Hazel Daugherty of Belle Vernon,with whom he made his home,and Estelle Camino of Merrillville,Ind.;two nieces,Estelle Jane Roberts of Webster and Carol Pushkar of Belle Vernon;and two nephews,L.D.Camino of Northville,Mich.,and John Allen Camino of Cincinnati,Ohio. Friends will be received Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p..in the Ferguson Funeral Home,Inc.,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,where services will be held Monday at 11 a.m.with the Rev.James Burton,pastor of First Presbyterian Church,Belle Vernon,officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Belle Vernon American Legion Post 659 will conduct services in the funeral home at 7 p.m.Sunday. Arrangements are being handled by the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.
