Henry Crosby Lawson Sr.; 79; of Pricedale; passed away on Wednesday; Jan. 20; 2010; at his home. Born July 23; 1930; in Monessen; he was the son of the late Thomas Lawson and Ada Robinson. In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by a sister; Rosetta Allen; brother; John Willie Lawson; and daughter; Gina Marie Lawson. Henry served in the United States Army in the Korean War and was formerly employed by Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel for 25 years. He was a beloved father; grandfather; brother; cousin and friend. He is survived by two sons; Henry C. Lawson Jr.; of Monessen; and James Henry (Elise) Pone Sr.; of State College; a brother; George Robinson; of Arizona; and a host of other relatives and friends. A funeral service will be held Monday; Jan. 25; 2010; at 11 a.m. at Union Baptist Church; 670 McMahon Ave.; Monessen. Interment will be at the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
