Henry a. Niemela, who was serving his third term as tax collector for Speers borough,died of a heart attack in Charleroi-Monessen Hosptial on Sunday, Sept. 15,1963 at 3:45 p.m. Mr. Niemela,63,lived at 126 State St., Speers Borough. He was a member of St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Monessen,and the Odd Fellows Lodge of Charleroi. He was a graduate of Douglas Business College when it was located in Charleroi. Surviving are four brothers, Oliver of Fairhope,Charles,Jr. of Speers,John of Lynnwood and Everett of Ben Avon, Pittsburgh,four sisters, Elizabeth Niemela of Speers,Mrs. Eva N. Passoja of Monessen, Mrs. Ellis (Helen) Sphar of Charleroi and Mrs. Joseph (Elsa) Connell of Mt. Lebanon,Pittsburgh. Friends will be received at the Harold L. Schrock Funeral Home in Charleroi after 7 p.m. Sept. 16. Visiting hours will then be from 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. The body will be removed from the funeral home Wednesday,Sept. 18,at 11 a.m. to St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Monessen for service there at 1:30 p.m. The Rev.
