Born Nov.6;1912;in Fairhope;she was the daughter of the late Charles and Theresa Gorzo Mihalega. A lifelong resident of Fairhope;she was a member of Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church;Belle Vernon. She was a retired correspondent for the Morning Herald newspaper in Uniontown. Surviving are three sisters;Mary Pupilli of Pittsburgh;formerly of Belle Vernon;Anne Weaver of McKeesport and Julia Dacko of Belle Vernon.Survivors include nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. Friends will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon. Relatives and friends will gather Tuesday at 10 a.m. in Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church;Mary Street;Belle Vernon;for funeral services with the Rev.John Kluchko;pastor;officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. A Parastas service will be held in the funeral home Monday at 8:30 p.m. Arrangements are being handled by the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home.
