Helen L. Steele; 84; of Roscoe; died Sunday; Nov. 10; 2002; in Havencrest Nursing Center. She was born July 30; 1918; in Fayette City; a daughter of the late Albert and Elsie Elder Winters. She was a member of Roscoe United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband; Leo Steele of Roscoe; one son and daughter-in-law; Terry and Joyce Steele of Roscoe; two daughters and sons-in-law; Sheila and Jim Sneith of Eighty Four; and Sherryl and Roger Wall of Belle Vernon; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by one brother; Sam Winters. There will be no visitation; and private interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
