Mrs.Kostelac was born July 13;1924;in Irvona;Altoona;a daughter of the late John Martin Diggins and Violet Bloom Diggins Brouse. She was a Protestant by faith. Surviving are her stepfather;Judd Brouse;her husband;Joseph Andrew (Carpy) Kostelac;a son and daughter-in-law;Joseph Kostelac Jr.and Kathy Kostelac of Lynnwood;Belle Vernon;two daughters and sons-in-law;Bonnie and Dick Wilson of Monessen and Sheri and John Kulik of Belle vernon;eight grandchildren;five great-grandchildren;and three sisters;Mrs.Lynn(Edna) Flanagan and Betty Lemme;both in Ohio;and Bertha Rohn of Allentown. A son;Richard Kostelac;and three brothers;Pete;Kirby and Jack Diggins;are deceased. Friends will be received Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home;Fayette City;where funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m.with the Rev.John Park;pastor of the Marion United Presbyterian Church;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
