Helen F. Heino; 91; of Dunlevy; passed away; Tuesday; April 16; 2013; in Monongahela Valley Hospital. A daughter of the late Pete and Christina Kosiba Zadrozny; she was born in Naomi Aug. 16; 1921. Helen was the owner of the Kozy Nook Tavern for the past 52 years; and was an avid gardener and cook. She was Catholic by faith. Helen is survived by two sons; and one daughter-in-law; Leonard D. and Kim Heino of Speers and Jeffrey W. Heino of Dunlevy; three grandchildren; Lisa Youger and her husband; John; of Grindstone; Lindsey Dell and her husband; Nate; of Shadyside; and Christina Heino of Long Branch; four great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law; Helen Zadrozny of Fairhope; and Betty Zadrozny of Arnold City; one sister; Mary Ann Estok of Melbourne; Fla.; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband; Leonard T. Heino on April 30; 1996; one son; Lawrence W. Heino on June 8; 2000; and two brothers; Frank Zadrozny on Nov. 28; 2012; and John Zadrozny on March 30; 2013.
