Helen Soohey Duda of Fayette City-Belle Vernon Road;Fayette City R.D.1;died Sunday;May 17;1981;at 1:36 p.m.in the Mon Valley Hospital;Carroll Twp.;following a lengthy illness.  She was 59.  Mrs.Duda was born March 16;1922 in Derry;Pa.;a daughter of the late Stephen and Mary Sabota Soohey.  She was a member of the Holy Spirit R.C.Church;Fayette City.  Survivors include her widower;Stanley Duda;one son;Andrew Duda of Fayette City R.D.1;two daughters;Mrs.Andrew (Dian) Sirko of Carneige and Mrs.Barry (Frances) Radziwon of Fayette City R.D.1;four grandchildren;two sisters;Mrs.Mary Dillon of Clairton and Mrs.Patricia Nuccio of Cleveland;Ohio;and five brothers;Stephen Soohey of Latrobe;Andrew Soohey of Smock;Raymond Soohey of Fayette City R.D.1;Robert Soohey of the state of Maine and Franklin Soohey of Akron;Ohio.  Friends will be received in the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home;Fayette City;on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.  A Prayer service will be held Wednesday;May 20;in the funeral home at 9:30 a.m.;followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.in the Holy Spirit R.C.Church;Fayette City;with the Rev.Thomas G.Rinn;pastor;as celebrant.  Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  A parish wake service will be held Monday at 8 p.m.in the funeral home.  A parish Rosary will be recited in the funeral home on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.  The Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
