Mrs. Helen Murt White,of 622 Hill St.,Belle Vernon,died Monday,Feb. 15,1982 at 7:05 a.m. in her home following a lengthy illness. She was 63. Mrs. White was born March 19,1918,in Washington Twp.,Fayette County, the daughter of the late Paul G. and Manzella Hager Cope. A retired employee of the Belle Vernon Area Sschool District, she was a member of St. Sebastian R.C.Church, Belle Vernon. Survivors include her husband,William White,at home; a son,Thomas Murt of Belle Vernon; a daughter, Mrs. Ronald (Pat) Nandor of Greensburg; two step-daughters, Mrs. Warren (Sharon) Grier of Belle Vernon and Miss Terri White, at home; one brother, Paul Cope of Fayette City RD 1 and five grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home, Fayette City,Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Prayer Service will be held in the funeral home Thursday at 9:30 a.m.,followed by a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church,Belle Vernon. Additional Prayer Service will be held Wednesday at 4 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
