Hayley Ann Salko;21 months;of Cape Coral;Fla.;formerly of Newell;died Wednesday;Nov.25;1997;in the St.Petersburg All Childrens Hospital;St.Petersburg. She was born Feb.13;1996;in Mon Valley Hospital;a daughter of Michelle Salko of Cape Coral and formerly of Newell;who survives. In addition to her mother;survivors include her maternal grandmother;Jean Schwartz Salko of Newell;and paternal grandmother;Linda Pierce of Newell.   Friends will be received Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. ;Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday until 11 a.m.in the Eley/McCrory Funeral Home;Fayette City.
