Mr.Offutt was born July 31;1938;in Belle Vernon;a son of Harvey B.and Maude Holland Offutt of Belle Vernon. A resident of Belle Vernon his entire life;Mr.Offutt was employed by the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.;Allenport Plant. In addition to his parents;survivors include one son;Aaron Jackson of Pricedale;one daughter;Vanessa Jackson of Pricedale;three brothers;Albert H.Offutt of Indianapolis;Ind.;Howard Offitt of Louisville;Ky.;and Herbert Offutt of Jeffersonville;Ind.;five sisters;Mrs.William (Carlene) Barnes of Belle Vernon;Mrs.Donald (Mildred) Johnson of New Albany;Ind.;Mrs.George (Yvonne) Roney of Indianopolis;Ind.Mrs.Daniel (Maxine) Cummings of Camden;N.J.;and Mrs.Marvin (Mosezelle) Gibbs of Detroit;Mich.and several nieces;nephews and other relatives. Friends will be received in the William R.Taylor Funeral Home;Monessen;on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.where services will be held on Saturday;June 19;at 1 p.m.with the Rev.Luther Wormack;pastor of Antioch Baptist Church in Belle Vernon;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The William R.Taylor Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
