Obituary

Harry (Yockey) McDonald,71,of 135 Liberty St.,Fayette City,died in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital Thursday,June 20,1963,at 5:15 p.m. Mr.McDonald,who was born in Fayette City on Sept.2,1891,was a member of the Presbyterian Church,the Volunteer Fire Co.,the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 1450 and the Auxiliary police,all of Fayette City. He was a retired steel mill worker. Surviving are his widow,Carie,two daughters,Mrs.Charles (Mona) Beris of Granada Hills,Calif.,and Mrs.Virginia Rubis at home,five grandchildren and one great-grandchild,one brother,William of Uniontown,and one sister,Mrs.Jessie Minck of Columbus,Ohio. Friends are being received at the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home in Fayette City where a service will take place Monday,June 24,at 2 p.m.in charge of the Rev.Leslie Papp,pastor of the Fayette City Presbyterian Church. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. Howard W.McCrory,funeral director.
