Obituary

Harry S.Robinson,86,of 543 Broad Ave.,North Belle Vernon,died in the Charleroi-Monessen Hospital Thursday,Oct.19,1967. Born in Belle Vernon on March 10,1881,,he was a member of the First Methodist Church,Free and Accepted Masons Lodge 643,Odd Fellows,Junior Order of United American Mechanics,all of Belle Vernon and was a charter member of the Rebekahs,all of Belle Vernon. Mr.Robinson had been a teacher and principal at the LeGrange School and operated a confectionery store in Belle Vernon until 1929. He also sold text books for the D.C.Heath Co.until 1952. He was preceded in death by his wife,Emma Reppert Robinson,in 1930. Surviving are a daughter,Mrs.Mark H.(Leona M.) Williams,of Fayette City R.D.,two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews,including Mrs.Robert F.Allen and Mrs.Howard S.Kimball,both of Belle Vernon. Friends will be received at the Ferguson Funeral Home,Belle Vernon,after 7 p.m.Oct.21. Service there Monday at 1:30 p.m.with Rev.Richard B.Snyder,pastor of the First Methodist Church,Belle Vernon,officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D.Ferguson is funeral director.
