Obituary

Harry L. Molter,69,retired postman in Belle Vernon after 25 years' service,died suddenly Sunday,June 1,1958 at 12:30 a.m.  He retired as postman in 1949.  His residence was 136 Brown St.,Belle Vernon.  Mr. Molter was a member of the First Methodist Church,I.O.O.F.Lodge,J.O.U.A.M. Lodge,all of Belle Vernon;Syria Temple,Pittsburgh;Uniontown Lodge of Perfection;Consistory of Pittsburgh;Monessen Royal Arch Chapter 290;McKean Commandery 280,Knights Templar,Charleroi;Monongahela Valley Caravan No.17 of Syria Temple;Western Pennsylvania Firemen's Assn.  He was secretary of the Belle Vernon Cemetery Assn.;and past master of Belle Vernon Lodge No.643 F.& A.M.,also serving as secretary of the lodge for many years.He is survived by a sister,Mrs. Margaret Keyes of Arnold and a brother,John of Chicago, ILL.  Friends are being received at the Harold R.Toner Funeral Home,Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,from 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m.  Services will be held Wednesday,June 4,at 2 p.m. from the funeral home,with the Rev. William A.Schatz,pastor of the First Methodist Church,Belle Vernon officiating.  Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Harold R.Toner,funeral director.
