Harry Kurilko;82;of 215 Graham St.;North Belle Vernon;died Friday;oct.5;2001;at 12:05 a.m.at Mercy Hospital;Pittsburgh. He was born June 22;1919;in Monessen;a son of the late Anthony and Ann Kurilko. Mr.Kurilko was a lifelong resident of the Belle Vernon area;a member of First Baptist Church of Belle Vernon and was retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel;Monessen plant;where he worked as a steam plant operator. He was a veteran of World War II;during which he served in the U.S.Army. He is survived by his wife of 52 years;Anne Sewak Kurilko;a son and daughter-in-law;David and Felicia Kurilko of California;Pa.;two stepsons and daughters-in-law;Charles and Frances Feber of Belle Vernon and Ronald and Myra Feher of Catasaqua;Pa.;a brother;Nick Kurilko of Charleroi;a sister;Eva Rusnak of Charleroi;10 grandchildren;Justin and Kelly Kurilko;Mercedes and Scott Peterman;Darci Kurilko;Garret Kurilko;Chad and Maria Feher;Timothy Feher;Michael Feher;Kimberly Feher;Blair and Terry Feher;Ronald and Stephanie Feher;and nine great-grandchildren;James and Devan Peterman;Chase;John;Loukas;Taylor;Alyassa;Alec and Kip Feher. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by a sister;Olga;and two brothers;Mike and Ralph Kurilko. Visitation will be held Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.at the LEONARD J.PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME;family owned and operated;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;and Monday from noon to 1 p.m.at the First Baptist Church;Belle Vernon. Relatives and friends will gather at the First Baptist Church;Short Street;Belle Vernon;at 1 p.m.for services;with Pastor Mark Freed officiating. Entombment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The family suggests contributions in memory of Harry Kurilko be made to the Monessen Public Library.
