Obituary

A former Belle Vernon man,Harry Hampton Gailey,80,of Waynesburg R.D.2,died Tuesday evening,Jan.30,1968 in the Curry Memorial Home at Waynesburg. Mr.Gailey,retired,had been a bookeeper for the old Peoples Bank in Belle Vernon,Somers No.4 mine,Pittsburgh Coal Co.and Roley's Garage in Belle Vernon. Surviving are four nieces,Mrs.Mildres Nelson and Mrs.Anna Anderson of Charleroi,Mrs.Howard (Dolores) Johnson of Waynesburg,Mrs.James (Kathryn) Newbigging of Pontaic,Mich.,a nephew,Lloyd Guder of Charleroi. Friends will be received at the Harold R.Toner Funeral Home,Belle Vernon after 7 p.m. Jan.31. Service there Thursday,Feb.1,1968,at 2 p.m. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner is funeral director.
