Harry Bickerton,60,of 6451 25th St.,N.,St. Petersburg,Fla.,formerly of Allenport,died Monday,Nov. 14,1966 at 9:45 p.m. Mr. Bickerton was a retired foreman of the Allenport plant of Pittsburgh Steel Co.and a member of the Methodist Church and Rod and Gun Club,both of Allenport. He had lived in St Petersburg three years. Mr. Bickerton was born at Twilight on June 30,1906. Surviving are his widow,Margaret M.;a son, the Rev. Harry A. of Taylor Ridge,Ill.;three daughters,Mrs. Richard (Barbara) Palfrey of Dunnellon,Fla.,Mrs. William (Nancy) Fritsky of Pittsburgh and Mrs. Thomas (Dorothy) Minkovich of Aliquippa;a brother, Robert M. of Belle Vernon;two sisters, Mrs. William Beazell of Monongahela and Mrs. Oscar McMillan of Pontiac,Mich. and ten grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Shelby D. Ferguson Funeral Home,Belle Vernon,after 7 p.m.,Nov. 17. Services there Saturday,Nov. 19,at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. David L. Griffith,pastor of Allenport Methodist Church,officiating. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D. Ferguson,funeral director.
