Harold S.Hough of 317 Indiana Ave.;Monessen;was dead on arrival at 3:10 a.m.Wednesday;March 28;1979;at Mon Valley Hospital. He was 61. Mr.Hough was born Oct.1;1917;in Fayette City;a son of Stuart and Luella Hough. A lifelong resident of the Mon Valley area;Mr.Hough was employed as a fireman for Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp’s Monessen Southwestern Railroad. He was a veteran of World War II having served in the U.S.Army. Survivors include his widow;Margaret Burke Hough and two sons;Stephen H.Hough of Pittsburgh and Stewart D.Hough of Dunlevy. Friends will be received in the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Services will be held in the funeral home Friday at 11 a.m. with the Rev.George C.Bratiotis of St.Spyridan Greek Orthodox Church;Monessen;officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
