Harold L. Rothrock,58,of Belle Vernon R.D.2,died Friday,Nov.23,1990,at 2 a.m. in Mercy Hospital,Pittsburgh,due to injuries received in an auto accident on Route 51 in Forward Township on Nov. 20. He was born July 2,1932,in Charleroi,a son of the late Harold and Lena Craven Rothrock. He was a member of the Charleroi United Methodist Church. He was a U.S. Army veteran,having served in the Korean Conflict. He was a retired engineer,having worked at Westinghouse Corp. He was a member of the American Legion in Empora, Kan. He was a life member of the National Rifle Association. Survivors include his wife,Betty J. Riggle Rothrock;two sons,Mark L. of Charleroi and Chris E. of Belle Vernon R.D.2;one daughter,Mrs. Jay (Cynthia) Zimmerman of Frederick,Md.;and one sister,Mrs. Edward (Lola) Ratter of West Mifflin;and two grandchildren. Friends will be received Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Sunday from noon to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the James C. Stump Funeral Home,Sweeney Plan,Rostraver Township,where funeral services will be held Monday at 1 p.m.with the Rev. Paul Milliken officiating. Burial will be in the Belle Vernon Cemetery. The James C. Stump Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
