Obituary

Harold B. Desellems,aged 47 years of 405 Main street, Belle Vernon,met with an accidental death while traveling from the state of California to his home in Belle Vernon,accompanied by his wife and son, Harold,Jr. The automobile accident occurred in Tucumcari,New Mexico.  The deceased was a well known valley plasterer.  Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Sarah Desellems,a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Pierce of Belle Vernon,three sons, Russell and Daniel of Pittsburgh and Harold,Jr.at home. Seven brothers,all of Lock Four,Russell,James,Fred,Walter,Robert,Owen and Henry,six sisters, Mrs. Albert Wilson of Charleroi,Mrs. Thomas McCreary of Pittsburgh,Mrs. Evan Lewis of Lock Four,Mrs. William Miller of Monessen,Mrs. William Fleming of Lock Four and Miss Aline Deselllems of Monessen and four grandchildren also survive. Mrs. Desellems and son,Harold,Jr. are accompanying the body from Tucumcari to Pittsburgh,and will arrive Sunday evening at 8 o'clock.  From Pittsburgh,the body will be taken to the late residence until Tuesday,July 23rd,when the remains will be taken to the Toner Funeral home for services at 2:30 o'clock.  Interment will be in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
