Mrs.Hannah May Hazelbaker;of Johnson Hollow Road;Fayette City;was pronounced dead on arrival at Mon Valley Hospital at 12 noon Thursday;May 7;1981.  She was 51.  Mrs.Hazelbaker was born Sept.5;1929;in Fayette City;a daughter of the late James Eland;and Hazel Hegedus Eland;who survives and resides in Belle Vernon.  She was a Catholic by faith.  In addition to her mother;Mrs.Hazelbaker is survived by her husband;Arthur Hazelbaker;at home;four sons;Arthur Hazelbaker of Belle Vernon;RD;Gregg Hazelbaker;serving with the U.S.Navy in Japan;and Edward and Daniel Hazelbaker;both at home;two daughters;Mrs.Richard (Arlene) Shannon of Jamestown;Pa.;and Linda Hazelbaker;at home;a brother;James Eland;of Dallas;Tex.;three sisters;Mrs.Frances Warhurst of New Brunswick;N.J.;Mrs.Hazel Catalfano of Belle Vernon;and Mrs.Jane Sethman of Donora;and two grandsons;James Arthur Hazelbaker;and Eric Richard Shannon.  Friends will be received at the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home;Fayette City;Friday from 7 to 9 p.m.;Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.and all day Sunday.  A Blessing Service will be held in the funeral home at 10 a.m.Monday.  Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  The Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
