Mrs.Hattie McLaughlin;nee Mitchell;of Fairhope;Belle Vernon;R.D.3;died in the Charleroi-Monessen hospital;Tuesday;April 20;1954;at 7:20 p.m. She was born in Fayette City;September 8;1892;and was a member of the Marion Presbyterain church;Fairhope;and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Washington Township Fire Department. She is survived by her husband;Archie Mclaughlin;one son;Osborne of Glenn Head;Long Island;New York;one daughter;Mrs.Edward (Berneile) Bartow of Lindenhurst;Long Island;one brother;Curtis Mitchell of Donora;a sister;Mrs.Ida Johnson of Tampa;Florida;and six grandchildren. Friends will be received at the McCrory Funeral Home. Services will be held there Saturday;April 24;1954;at 2 p.m.;in charge of Rev.George Guest of the Marion Prebyterian Church. Interment will take place in the Belle Vernon Cemetery. George M.McCrory and Son are the funeral directors.
