He is survived by one daughter, Mary Williams of Buffalo,N.Y. and one brother, Emory Williams of Monessen. Friends will be received at the Duboise H. Carter Funeral Home in Monessen after 2 p.m. May 29. Funeral service at 11 a.m. Friday,May 31,in the Wayman A.M.E. Church of Monessen with the Rev. H.L. Anderson,pastor,in charge.
