Funeral services were held Monday morning;Jan.28;1985 for Gladys Isabelle Alvey of 34 Main St.;Belle Vernon;who died Saturday;Jan.26;1985;at 4:38 a.m. in the Uniontown Hospital. She was 79. Mrs.Alvey was born Feb.22;1905;in Norwich;Conn.;and had lived in the Belle Vernon area the past 30 years. She was Protestant by faith. Survivors include one son;Philip L.Randall of Belle Vernon;three grandchildren;Philip L.Randall Jr.of Boca Raton;Fla.;Mrs.Bruce (Deborah) Cope of North Charleroi and Mrs.Ed (Bonnie) Fuller of West Newton;and three great-grandchildren. Friends were received Sunday in the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where services were held Monday morning;Jan.28;1985;at 10 a.m. with the Rev.L.C.Sickles Sr.of Uniontown officiating. Burial followed in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
