Gertrude Mae Roley of 3 Graham Ave.,Belle Vernon,a retired printer here,died Tuesday,Dec. 30,1974 at 9:40 a.m. in the Charleroi hospital. She was 77. Miss Roley was employed by Uniontown Newspapers,Inc.,from 1948 until she retired in April 1967,as a linotype operator. Born in Belle Vernon,she was the daughter of Harry and Clara Worrell Roley. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Belle Vernon and the Golden Agers. Surviving is a niece,Mrs. Dorman (Edith) Cunkleman of Saltsburg. Friends will be received in the Ferguson Funeral Home,Belle Vernon,after 7 p.m. Wednesday with services on Thursday at 1 p.m. with her pastor,Rev.Gerald L. Dye officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
